The Momtaj Foundation Freedom Fund is on a bold mission to raise £1 million from high-net-worth individuals, visionary venture capitalists and socially conscious corporations. Our purpose? To empower women in vulnerable communities through counselling, education, and enterprise to not just uplift their family and community, but to provide a sustainable future whereby they can earn a living without having to rely on aid, or worry about the next meal, and create generational income.

Why We Exist
Too many mothers across rural communities have been silenced by years of hardship, failed marriages, domestic abuse, mental trauma, and rejection. These challenges have stripped away their confidence, their independence, and their dreams.
The Freedom Fund is designed to restore that dignity and unlock new opportunities. We are creating a structure, scalable model to deliver three transformative services:
Mental Health & Counselling Hubre
Digital Inclusion Through Rural Connectivity
Small Business funding that provides sustainable income indefinitely
We are establishing a dedicated counselling centre to provide trauma-informed, professional mental health support for mothers. These sessions will offer a safe space to heal, build self-worth and develop resilience. When a mother is mentally empowered, her children, family, and community thrive alongside her.
We will equip villages with WiFi infrastructure and digital access, enabling children and adults to access online education, digital skills training, and economic opportunities. The digital divide has held communities back for far too long. We are bridging that gap — one connection at a time.
Through our small business framework, we provide an additional commercial outlet, seed funding, mentoring and operational support to launch local, sustainable businesses — starting with essential grocery stores. We fund the initial build, provide stock and deliver end-to-end training in marketing, pricing and cash flow management.
